Chief Organizational Development & Training Officer
Kelley Tralle has always been focused on public service. For over 10 years she was a mental health professional working with children and families in settings such as community counseling clinics, home-based services, schools-based programs, and juvenile justice. Her second career brought her into the world of Human Resources and Organizational Development. After a few years with private organizations, her commitment to public service brought her back to Multnomah County where she has a been a Training & Development Manager for over seven years.
Organizational Development work is Kelley’s niche, as she collaborates with county leaders to assess needs and deliver strategic support. Organization-wide initiatives she has led or collaborated on include: a new performance management system; a 6-month academy for emerging leaders; a coaching and teambuilding program; and an internal mediation program. Kelley provides facilitation for team-based interventions and larger strategic events, as well as individual coaching for supervisors and emerging leaders. She has also co-created and delivered numerous trainings in the areas of Change Management, Adaptive Leadership, Conflict Resolution, and Managing Diverse & Inclusive Teams to name a few. Kelley’s certifications include StrengthsFinder, Facilitative Leadership, and Center for Creative Leadership’s 360 Benchmark Coaching..
